Good Morning Fellow Stitchers.
I love the sunrises here. Hurricane Ian only gave us rain, I'm happy to report. I want to thank all of you who reached out to us. My thoughts and prayers are for those families and friends who lost people in Florida, I can't imagine their pain.
We are over haf way into our first Shop Hop as a store!! The Hoppers have be so nice, with many of them saying they will be back. Being part of the shop hop has been really valuable getting the word out that we are here, even if they don't make it to the beach we are in the magazine. We are going to be open for business, next Sunday as a bonus Hopper day. October 16th 10:00-4:00 to give working stitchers another day to get their passports stamped. An added bonus to the Hoppers or Island shoppers, all the fabric in the shop is $10.00 a yard. Sorry I can't extend my whole shop to my online customers. But I do have something for you guys too.
The shop is busting at the seams with Fabric. I think I'm going to have to start counting bolts when I sit down with fabric reps. When I reach that number, I'm done looking!!!
We have two lines of Moda, a new Kasnas Trouble line and Wild Meadows sitting at the shop waiting for me to get online. I'm going to go later today and hopefully get them on the website.
The Gnome Christmas Stitch along is on week 5 this Monday. The Patterns for the block are only available free the week of the reveal, but you can backtrack and purchase the ones you may have missed. Check out the Facebook group here.
We are also part of the Wooly Block Adventure again this year. The theme is Porch Holidays. Of course, mine is by the sea.

We are starting to get some quilty gifting stuff in stock for the holidays, so check out that in the next couple weeks. Out of stock Valdani colors are flooding back in. Thank goodness. The elusvie, O1901 Lichen Moss is back in stock.

Houston Quilt Market and Festival is this month. I'm sad to say we are not coming, with the Shop Hop and being a new store we are stretched a bit thin this year to make the trek. I'm hoping next year I get to go, even if it's just as a customer. I miss seeing everyone.
JuJu is going to have spinal surgery this week, so all your doggy prayers are appriecated. I see lots of stitching in my future as we nurse him back to health.
