Good Morning, Stitchers
We are in the middle of days that are warm and nights that are windy and chilly. I have to laugh at Mike when he comments how windy it gets here. I remind him that is the very reason the Wright brothers chose the Outer Banks in December to fly and create history.
The shop is continuing to grow.
I love theses Christmas stocking and Tree Skirts Patterns. These are really heirloom pieces, a joy for generations.
The All Carolina Shop Hop is over, but we had great fun with all the hoppers. One of the ideas that grew out of that is our decision about fabric pricing in the shop. We are leaving it at $10.00 a yard in the shop only. I wish we could do that all the time for our online customers, but shipping is expensive. We do have all our Christmas fabric at $10.00 online. Limited to stock on hand.
Our online Customers are so important to us. You have been there from the very beginning. Can you believe that we are going to be celebrating 20 years online, next April. We are going to be doing some fun things for you as well. First, the Christmas Gnome Stitch along is going on strong right now. We are the last designer in the line up. Today, is another drop. Check out the FB group. Jill from Yellow Creek designs is the Block this week.
You might have followed along with me a few years ago, when I did a stitch along with Hattie & Della. We created a series of ornaments called Christmas by the Sea.
With every purchase this week, Nov. 14-20 are going to email you a free download of our very first ornament, Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Dolphin. I'm going to personally email each ornament, so please make sure your email is correct. Of course, we do have kits. These are super quick to get done.
Mike and I are still splitting our time between the shop and running home to take care of JuJu. He is doing so much better since his spine surgery. He still has a torn ACL surgery ahead of him, but his other 3 legs are getting much stronger. He is still his happy and smiley self.
With Thanksgiving is just around the corner, Mike and I wish you all a time of rest and joy with your friends and family. Happy Stitching, Shawn
